About this website

shine.me.uk is operated by Shine Cleaning Company, based in North East London, providing domestic and commercial cleaning services across North East London, Essex, Kent and Hertfordshire.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this site are starting rates and are indicative only. A fixed quote is confirmed once we've reviewed photos of the item or area to be cleaned, and no booking is scheduled until that price has been agreed with you directly.

Bookings and cancellations

• A booking is confirmed once we've agreed a fixed price and a date with you.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible — we'll always try to accommodate a change of date.
• Access to the property, and to any water or power source needed for the job, is the customer's responsibility to arrange ahead of the appointment.

Photos you send us

When you submit photos through our quote request form, you confirm you have the right to share them, and you grant us permission to use them solely for the purpose of preparing your quote and carrying out the work. We do not use customer photos for marketing without asking you first.

Liability and insurance

Shine is fully insured for domestic and commercial work. While we take great care with every job, in the unlikely event something isn't right, let us know within 48 hours of the work being completed and we'll arrange to put it right.

Website content and intellectual property

The content on this site — including text, design and the Shine logo — belongs to Shine Cleaning Company and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Third-party links

This site links to third-party platforms, including Instagram, Trustpilot and WhatsApp, for your convenience. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of those external sites.
